Join us for a targeted Yoga for Grapplers class designed specifically for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes! This 90-minute session focuses on the unique demands of grappling and addresses common pain points like tight shoulders, hips, lower back, forearms, and grip areas that result from pulling, posting, guard work, and intense mat time.
Expect a blend of mobility flows, targeted stretches, strengthening for underused muscles, breathwork, and functional coordination drills to improve your range of motion, recovery, posture, and overall grappling performance.
Whether you’re a competitor or hobbyist, this class will help you move better, feel less sore, and stay on the mats longer.
