Discover the remarkable connection between your voice, your brain, and your overall well-being.

In this engaging and interactive workshop, you’ll explore how singing influences the nervous system, supports emotional regulation, enhances memory and cognitive function, and promotes physical and emotional healing. Drawing from current neuroscience, music education, and practical vocal exercises, you’ll experience firsthand how your voice can become a powerful tool for reducing stress, increasing resilience, and fostering connection.

Participants will:
  • Learn how singing activates multiple areas of the brain and supports neuroplasticity.
  • Discover how breath, rhythm, and vocalization help regulate the nervous system.
  • Explore the role of singing in emotional expression, confidence, and overall wellness.
  • Experience simple, accessible vocal and breathing exercises that can be incorporated into everyday life.
  • Gain a deeper appreciation for the science behind why singing has been used across cultures for healing, celebration, and connection.

No previous singing experience is required. This class is designed for anyone who is curious about the healing power of the human voice, including educators, parents, caregivers, musicians, wellness practitioners, and anyone seeking greater joy, connection, and well-being.

Come discover that your voice is more than an instrument for making music—it is a pathway to learning, healing, and thriving.
