Description
Join us for an introduction to Qi Gong, Fa Qi, and Tai Chi with Sifu Ed Dolezal, a 76-year-old practitioner who has been teaching and practicing these arts for decades.

Qi Gong draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine and is often described as acupuncture without needles. The practice uses visualization, intention, breath, and gentle movement. Ed has practiced it for more than 20 years. He is certified by Master Teresa Yeung to project Yin energy in person and through the quantum field, a practice known as Fa Qi, and is a co-founder of Pureland International Qi Gong in Toronto. He also teaches through the Universal Qi Gong and Tai Chi Institute.

Tai Chi is a moving meditation that weaves Yin and Yang. Over 15 years of study, including the past seven devoted to the Gin Soon Tai Chi Chuan Tiger form, Ed has used the practice to build equilibrium, strength, balance, and focus.

In this session he will give a brief introduction to each practice, then lead a demo so you can feel them for yourself. No experience is needed. Come as you are.

Sifu Ed Dolezal, PMA, is fluent in French and Italian and conversant in Spanish, in addition to English.
