Join Todd McLaughlin, RYT, LMT, for a specialized yoga class designed to enhance flexibility and prevent common muscle injuries in pickleball players. With 30 years of yoga practice and 25 years as a massage therapist trained in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and related modalities, Todd brings a wealth of anatomical knowledge to help you move smarter and stay injury-free.
In this targeted session, we’ll focus on improving flexibility in areas prone to strain, including:
- Shoulders (Rotator Cuff Muscles): Enhance mobility for smoother swings.
- Forearms and Wrists: Relieve tension from repetitive gripping.
- Calves and Achilles Tendon: Support quick sprints and stops.
- Quadriceps, Hamstrings, and Hip Flexors: Strengthen and lengthen for powerful lunges and lateral movements.
- Lower Back: Maintain a strong and supple spine for twisting motions.
