Join us for a relaxing and interactive Thai Massage Partner Yoga Workshop with Todd McLaughlin, LMT, on Sunday, April 12th, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Native Yoga Center.
Thai Yoga Massage is often called “lazy person’s yoga” because the receiver is gently guided through assisted stretches while resting comfortably on the floor. In this workshop, you will learn simple and effective Thai massage techniques that combine mindful touch, gentle pressure, and supported stretching to help release tension and create a deep sense of relaxation.
This class is designed to be fun, accessible, and welcoming to everyone, regardless of experience. Participants will take turns giving and receiving, learning techniques that can be shared with friends, partners, or family members anytime.
You are welcome to come with a partner or come on your own. If you arrive solo, we will happily help pair participants so everyone can enjoy the full experience.
The cost for this special session is $27, and students with class packages or memberships are welcome to use their package to attend.
Come spend a nourishing afternoon learning the art of giving and receiving through mindful touch, supported stretching, and community connection. This is a wonderful opportunity to relax, learn something new, and share a unique yoga experience together.
