Sound Bath Meditation Journey:
In this deeply restorative sound bath meditation, you will experience the magic of quartz crystal bowls, infused with gems, minerals and earth elements such as emerald, platinum, citrine, charcoal and Dead Sea salt. When played, the crystal alchemy singing bowls create serene sound vibrations that help make the meditation process much easier by supporting entry into the theta and delta brainwave states, where we are when we are dreaming and in REM sleep. In this class all you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and breathe as the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls take you on a peaceful journey.
Bio:
Caroline Batoff is a Sound Healer, Astrologer, Reiki Master and Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
Caroline works in person and virtually and has supported and partnered with brands, institutions and studios such as HydraFacial, Lokai, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Jefferson Hospital, The Standard, St. Andrews Country Club, Unplug Meditation, Raw Juce, Yoga Journey, Evolution Yoga & Fitness, My Flora Aura and The Mindry Malibu. She also formally served as the Program Director for The Sound Healer’s Academy, the premiere online international sound healing training founded by acclaimed Sound Healer, Susy Schieffelin @thecoppervessel.
