Mindful Practice
This series of classes explores both formal and informal mindfulness based practices to deepen our relationships to ourselves and the world around us. We will practice sitting meditation, bodyscan and mindful movement. The series will build on itself, but each class will be self-contained. No meditation experience necessary. Each class is 60 minutes.

Karen Kuflik Bio
Karen is a writer and mindfulness instructor. She recently completed her training to teach MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) from Brown University. Mindfulness is a significant part of her personal healing journey and she is passionate about sharing that with others. She is a new part-time resident of Singer Island.
