Refining the Practice. Integrating meditation with Yoga practice including Pranayama and Asana

Each evening includes short periods of mediation practice and a talk about the practice. Handouts are included in the course.

Meditation cushions will be provided. If you prefer to bring your own you can. We do not have any chairs available on site. If you prefer to sit in a chair please bring one.

Biography of the Instructor, Michael J. Shea, PhD

Dr. Shea has been a practicing Buddhist since 1980. He received a Master’s Degree in Buddhist and Western Psychology from the Naropa University in 1986. He became a formal student of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 2005. Dr. Shea maintains a daily practice with Shamatha-Vipashyana and teaches internationally in the field of Craniosacral Therapy.
