An on-going series of workshop classes to promote mindful living and movement, to address pertinent health issues facing older populations, and to honor the process of healthy aging through discussion and yogic exercises for improved vitality and health. All levels, all ages welcome.

Keeping Your Brain Young 
There are little things we can do each day to optimize our brain health. Moving the body, learning new things, and optimizing sleep are all important! The brain, the nervous system, and the endocrine system all work together to move the body. Yoga keeps these systems fluid and balanced. This class focuses on yogic breathing, meditation, and yoga poses that pressurize and depressurize specifics glands to help maintain the body's homeostasis.
