Conscious Aging Workshop Series:
Experience your yoga practice as preventive medicine in these workshop classes. We will address aging conditions like weakened bones, arthritic joints, and loss of height and postural integrity. Practices include supine, seated, standing, and restorative poses to optimize health and body function.
All levels, all ages welcome.

Nourishment for the Bones, Joints, Spine
Juicy Joints & Supple Spine
Joints connect bones and provide the human body with movement and support. Arthritis occurs from damage, degeneration, and/or inflammation to a joint, and results in stiffness, pain, swelling, and/or a decrease in range of motion. Also, compression and ill effects on our spinal joints over time can cause us to lose height.
This workshop will introduce a regimen of balanced exercises and restorative poses to support the joints and nourish the spine.
