ALL CLASSES ARE 90 MINUTES except Native Hour, Yogilates, Intro to Ashtanga and Meditation. (60 minutes). The Improv/Flow class on Monday at 12pm and Friday at 4:30pm is also 60 minutes. *Beach Yoga is held at Loggerhead Park across the street.
