DEVELOP AND DEEPEN your connectivity to your yoga practice by learning the correct sounds and meanings of the poses.   Feel and enjoy the resonance that these sounds generate when recited and as you chant associated easy to learn Sanskrt verses.  Knowledge is power and learning these will empower you as you practice the poses and as you carry that impact into your everyday life.  Please join us in this fascinating and fun exploration!

FORMAT:  As a consecutive series in which the topic each week sets the stage for the next week, participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions in order to gain the full benefit of the program. 

FEES:  A nominal fee of $150.00 will be charged for the entire series.  This fee would be paid in advance at the time of signing up for the program. Otherwise the charge will be $40.00 per session. JANANI CLEARY began her pursuit in Sanskrt and Advaita Vedanta* as a yoga teacher in New York City. This led her to further studies in India where she attended a 3-year course studying Vedanta, Sanskrt, Chanting and other related topics.  She earned her teaching certification and has been teaching ever since. She now teaches in the South Florida area and conducts online classes. She has been engaged with Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Saylorsburg, PA, Theosophical Society-South Florida, various Vedic cultural centers and other venues whenever the opportunities arise including participation in a White House conference related to these topics. She also served as an advisor to the movie 'Gurukulam" - a documentary on what it is like to be a student in an ashram - which was released in 2016.
