Improv Master Class w/ Todd
This workshop will incorporate a philosophical study entitled In Praise of the Philosophical Life with a study of functional yoga anatomy in posture. Included is a Improv Master Class designed to challenge and inspire!!
Saturday, April 28th
12pm-3pm
Yoga Sutra study of the 6th Limb, Dharana w/ Todd. Anatomy of Posture session with a workshop session titled ~ Exploration of the 84 Classic Asanas - Practice and Theory.
Saturday, April 28th

Technique of Native Yoga w/ Tamara
An in depth look at the Technique and Alignment Principles of Native Yoga. Fine tune your awareness of the subtle and explore the intricacy of appropriate action through movement.
Sunday, April 29th
12pm-3pm
Adjustment Clinic: Seated Poses of Native Yoga (Learn the Art of Hands On Assists) w/ Todd along with Anatomy study and a Group philosophy discussion.

Technique of Native Yoga w/ Tamara
Explore the alignment principles of the postures performed in Native Yoga and Practice the skill of verbal instruction to help further your understanding of the practice.
During this weekend immerse yourself in practice, philosophy and anatomy to help deepen your yogic journey. Each session is designed to help answer the questions that arise in yoga practice.
Join Todd and Tamara for these inspirational sessions that will surely change the way you see yoga. Join us for an individual session(3 YA CE hours), or for the entire weekend(17 YA CE hours). Each session helps you earn your way toward a 200, 300 or 500hr certificate with Yoga Alliance and toward becoming a Certified Native Yoga Teacher.
